Outline of Final Research Achievements |
Inverted qualia is an old philosophical problem. Current research used interchanged qualia glasses to investigate this problem. Participants spent four days with wearing interchanged qualia glasses four hours per day. Interchanged qualia glasses changed red to blue, blue to green, and, green to red (or, blue to red, red to green, and, green to blue). After that, effects of interchanged qualia glasses are tested. As results, participants showed they adapt the color change. And also, images for colors changed. For example, blue color showed less cold image after equipping interchanged qualia glasses. Those results were introduced at Vision Society of Japan 2015 winter convention. Also an article for journal submission is in progress.
