Research Abstract

本研究の目的は、いわゆる巨大ひずみ加工を行わずに、平均結晶粒径1μm以下の完全再結晶ナノ結晶粒組織を有する金属材料を創製することである。積層欠陥エネルギーの極めて低い合金系や超髙合金など、3種類の異なる合金系に対して通常の冷間圧延と種々の条件の焼鈍を行い、どれだけ微細な再結晶組織が得られるのか、その限界を1年間の集中的な研究により明らかにする。
Fe-30Mn-3Al-3Si、Cu-6.8Al、CrMnFeCoNi High Entropy Alloyという当初予定の3種類の合金において、それぞれ最適な加工と焼鈍熱処理を組み合わせることによって、平均粒径200~500nmの完全再結晶ナノ組織を得ることに成功した。これら完全再結晶ナノ組織合金が、いずれも優れた強度と延性を示すことを見いだした。
