Outline of Final Research Achievements

Several non-coding RNAs (ncRNAs) upregulated during neural differentiation of human embryonic stem cells (ESCs) and induced pluripotent stem cells (iPSCs) were identified by genome-wide transcriptome analysis. In addition, methods for the analysis of identified ncRNAs during neural differentiation of human ESCs were also established.
