Outline of Final Research Achievements |
We demonstrate that CD274-low population in cholnagiocarcinoma cells have high tumorigenicity, high ALDH activity, low ROS production. Furthermore, CD274 low group in cholangiocarcinoma patients shows poorer prognosis when compared with the CD274 high group. These data strongly suggest that CD274 plays pivotal roles in ca cer stem cells of cholangiocarcinoma.
