Outline of Final Research Achievements

Metabolic analysis is utilized to detect metabolite profile quantatively and qualitatively, by using LC-MS. BY applying these techniques, We identified glucnoid forms of Reveratorol in skin absorbed condition （Plos One 2014) . Moreover we found the significant overlapping of metabolites between human blood and fission yeast（Mol Biosys 2014). Thus metabolmic approach is highly valuable tool to develop future diagnostic marker or therapuetic targets.
