Outline of Final Research Achievements

We will investigate pathological analysis using human FD（Fibrous Dysplasia; FD） cells which is the representative for preparation of bone disease.
We collected FD lesion from FD patients and we cultured human FD cells. Although we could get wild-type iPS cells, we couldn't establish human iPS cells from the FD cells mutation.
