Outline of Final Research Achievements

Twelve years of incident reports from a psychiatric hospital in Hokuriku, Japan were analyzed by type of incidents. Quantitative data on falls, medication errors, absconding, foreign substance ingestion, violence were analyzed and presented at the internatinal conference. Quanlitative data describing the incidents are currently being analyzed.
