Outline of Final Research Achievements |
This research aim is discovery of molecules for prognostic prediction using proteome analysis of cancer stem cell and its microenvironment. This approach focuses on analysis of formalin-fixed paraffin-embedded (FFPE) tissue and cancer cell line. We identified proteins secreted from unique cell population in colorectal cancer. Furthermore, this achievement progressed a new research to analyze single cancer cell, resulting wining next grant-in-aid.
