Outline of Final Research Achievements

This research aim is discovery of molecules for prognostic prediction using proteome analysis of cancer stem cell and its microenvironment. This approach focuses on analysis of formalin-fixed paraffin-embedded (FFPE) tissue and cancer cell line.
We identified proteins secreted from unique cell population in colorectal cancer. Furthermore, this achievement progressed a new research to analyze single cancer cell, resulting wining next grant-in-aid.
