| Outline of Final Research Achievements |
Sporting behaviors often cause injury or death of players. It is required to explain why such behaviors can be justified in criminal law. This study aimed to clarify in particular the role of victim's will in justification of intentional or negligent crimes against person or life and was conducted by collecting and examining german literature. It was showed by this research that victim's will has important meaning regardless of justifications.
