Outline of Final Research Achievements |
The aim of this study was to investigate the effects of career education and television viewing on work values. In study 1 and 2, two panel surveys with junior high school, high school, and university students were conducted. In study 3, content analysis of 53 dramas was conducted. The results of multiple regression analyses revealed that students experienced positive effects on their work values from the proactive stance of career education. The analyses also revealed that the effects of television viewing on work values were varied by age and gender.
