Outline of Final Research Achievements |
Leisure activities constitute a large part of postretirement lives. They have significant implications for physical health, mental health and cognitive function in older age. Engaging in stimulating leisure activities is suggested to prevent cognitive decline and dementia. This study examines whether and how each component combines to affect multiple domains of cognitive function.
