Outline of Final Research Achievements |
From the perspective of historical and epistemological evaluation of organic compounds, electron theory has played a vital role in the development of modern chemistry. The aim of this study was to develop a teaching program named "Chemistry of carbon compounds" in the high-school chemistry curriculum. To realize complex carbon compounds and identify a reaction center on the basis of the regularity of reaction, it is necessary to solve the problem of how to predict the reaction. Therefore, to gain in-depth of modern chemistry, the history of technology, and epistemological research results, we have developed a reasonable teaching program that includes theoretical and practical courses; the logical conditions of the curriculum, educational content, structure of teaching material, and model introduction have been designed relevantly. In addition, we have created a teaching program named "chemistry of carbon compounds".
