Outline of Final Research Achievements

For diagnosis of cancer and Alzheimer's disease, some analytical methods were developed to monitor the length of telomere repeat, the accumulation of tau protein and the phosphorylation of amyloid beta-protein.
In this study, the new optimal fluorescent reagent was designed and synthesized for biological samples. The cation label type reagent we synthesized is stable, easy to solve in hydrophilic solvent, and does not need high temperature heating.
Furthermore, the new analytical methods, for polyamines, amino acids, nucleotides and some peptides, were developed using fluorous separation technique.
