| Outline of Annual Research Achievements |
H25年度に単離した天然物の詳細な構造解析を行い、化学構造を明らかにした。オトギリソウ科植物の採取を行い、抽出エキスを作成した。これらとH25年度に作成した抽出エキスについて、ビヨウヤナギンAのスピロラクトン部分前駆体となりうる天然物の探索を行った。この結果、既知化合物ヒペロラクトンA-Dに加え、新規スピロラクトン化合物3種を単離した。これらは、ビヨウヤナギンA誘導体ライブラリの多様性確保のため、有用な化合物である。加えて、得られたヒペロラクトン類と海綿由来天然物の[2+2]環化付加反応を試み、ビヨウヤナギンA誘導体を得た。
