Outline of Annual Research Achievements

機能性胃腸症（funtional dyspepsia ; FD）は、消化器内科医が一般臨床で遭遇する頻度の最も高い疾患の一つである。FDは致命的疾患ではないもののQOL低下が大きい疾患であるが、これまでFD診療は、症状から想定される胃運動異常に基いた、経験的な薬剤選択が行われてきた。研究代表者らはこれまで、健常者を対象とした薬剤投与による胃運動能変化の詳細な分析を、呼気法・超音波法を組み合わせて報告してきた。該当期間において、英語論文として、呼気法を用いた低用量ラモセトロン内服による胃排出の変化の評価（Turk J Gastroenterol.2015 Mar;26(2):123-7.）、カプセル内視鏡と呼気法による胃排出能評価の比較（Hepatogastroenterology.2014 Oct;61(135):2159-62.）、呼気法を用いたラモセトロン内服による胃排出能の変化（Hepatogastroenterology. 2014.Jul-Aug;61(133):1279-82.）を発表した。
