Outline of Final Research Achievements |
In mouse myofibroblast isolated from (C57BL/6), LmcMF and SmcMF, TGFβ1 administration induced higher expression of Nox4 and pro-collagen 1. Pretreatment of these cells with TGFβ inhibitor and Nox4 siRNA significantly inhibited pro-collagen 1 expression.
