fibrocyteに発現していると言われている受容体、及び、そのリガンドについて過去の文献を調査した。その結果をもとに、CPKマウスの腎臓にfibrocyteを動員しているそのサイトカインを同定すべく、CPKマウスの腎組織からRNAを採取し、RT-PCR、Real Time PCRを行った。しかし、fibrocyteに発現している受容体に対応するリガンドの同定は困難であった。その他の免疫染色やflow cytometryなどのデータを用いて、現在、発表するための準備を行っている。
