Outline of Final Research Achievements |
1)We were able to analyze the microRNA from a GIST operation cases, and two microRNA of miR146b-5p and miR335 aggravated in before and after Imatinib dosage. 2)The establishment of the GIST cultured cell was enabled. 3)GIST cell strain was transfused into the nude mouse and we collected a blood sample from the mouse subcutaneous transplant model and confirm an expression of microRNA change. 4)We collected the blood sample of the GIST patient and detected the microRNA. However, agreement was not seen in expression of microRNA detected by a result and a blood sample of the microRNA obtained from the excision specimen.
