Outline of Final Research Achievements |
Basonuclin1 (Bnc1) gene is specifically expressed in germ cells and keratinocyte. We have focused on the mechanism to regulate Bnc1 expression level in mouse GV stage oocyte. Microinjection of TAp63 alpha mRNA into mature GV stage oocytes did not increase the Bnc1 gene expression. Using Mass Spectrography, We have identified the novel Bnc1-binding proteins and possibility that TAp63 alpha gene expression is regulated by Bnc1 and a novel Bnc1-binding protein“X”.
