| Outline of Final Research Achievements |
In present study, we performed comprehensive analysis of gene expressions induced by the transcription factors SF-1 and LRH-1 in ovarian granulosa cells. As the result, we found hydroxysteroid 11-beta dehydrogenase 2（HSD11B2）as a novel SF-1-target gene in human ovarian granulosa cells. Our results indicated that HSD11B2 participates in the production of the 11-oxygenated androgen, 11-ketotestosterone in human ovary.
