For each subject, anchor screw for orthodontic treatment wich loosened,and contralateral and antagonistic anchor screw without movement served as controls.
Significant differences showed between experimental and control groups for IL-6,IL-8,MMP8,MMP9. TIMP2 had difference between experimental and control groups.No differences demonstrated between experimental and control groups for IL-1β,TIMP1.
IL-2,PICP,ICTP,NTx could'nt detect brcause of little number of the sumple.
