Research Abstract

脳卒中患者の歩行再建には、歩行量をはじめとした下肢の運動量が必須であることが知られているが、短時間で行うことのできる麻痺側体幹・下肢の選択的な高強度トレーニングも一定の効果を有している可能性がある。本研究ではそのような選択的集中トレーニングの効果について検証する予定である。特に片麻痺患者の体幹・近位部の残存能力に着目し、現在までにkneeling-gait（膝歩き）, scooting（長坐位いざり）など、歩行様のリズミックな律動的動作で且つ、体幹・下肢近位部の筋活動を効率的に、安全に動員できるような動作について健常者・麻痺患者を対象に解析を実施中である。
