Outline of Final Research Achievements |
I have demonstrated surface plasmon resonance analysis for an antibody recognized pMHC complex in human peripheral blood. Antibody was detected, albeit low affinity and low binding levels. Then, IgG fraction was purified from plasma sample by protein G column chromatography. During CTL stimulation assay, IFN-gamma production was increased in PBMC cultured with peptide, IgG fraction, although it is not significant statistically. However IgG fraction is not effective cytotoxicity mediated by ADCC. Therefore, an antibody recognized pMHC complex is not seem to be main cytotoxic mechanism during peptide vaccination therapy.
