Outline of Final Research Achievements |
(1) We consider the application of the zigzag decodable code for encoding of flash memory systems. As a result, we propose a high performance and low-complexity fountain coding system. (2) We propose a parallel encoding algorithm for the low-density parity-check (LDPC) codes to reduce the write time of the flash memory system.
