Outline of Final Research Achievements |
I studied the induction mechanism of plant immune responses that induced by pathogenic bacterial effector. I showed that TAD1 effector of Acidovorax avenae N1141 strain is secreted to extracellular and is interacted with rice protein named TIP. Furthermore, I found that hypersensitive (HR) cell death induced by TAD1 is accompanied with the expression of OsNAC4 as a key positive regulator of HR cell death.
