Right heart hypertrophy/failure is clinically important, but its molecular mechanisms remain largely elusive. We performed comprehensive transcriptome analysis of right heart myocytes and left heart myocytes exposed to Gq stress, and found intriguing differences between right and left cardiac myocytes.
