Research Abstract

本研究の目的は, 日本人2型糖尿病患者を対象として, 糖尿病医療経済モデル（Markovモデル）を構築し, 妥当性評価を行うことである. 初年度である平成25年は, 研究計画書の作成, 倫理審査, JDCS・J-EDITデータ二次利用申請, 文献検索を行い, 可能であれば, 収集したデータを用いてモデル構築・その他の統計解析に着手する計画であった. 平成26年度は, 平成25年の計画を継続し, 解析終了後は学会発表・論文公表・モデルを利用するためのソフトウェア開発・公表を順次行う計画であった. 平成25年度は, JDCS・J-EDITデータに基づく糖尿病医療経済モデルを構築するには至らなかった. しかしながら, JDCS・J-EDITデータに基づいて糖尿病病合併症予測モデルを構築し, 2013年9月22日～27日にバルセロナで開催されたThe 49th Annual meeting of the European Association for the Study of Diabetesにおいてポスター発表を, Diabetes Care誌とJournal of Diabetes Investigation誌に関連する論文発表を行った.
