本研究は、司法のオンライン紛争解決手続（ODR)にAIやIT技術を活用するための社会実装を文理協働で目指すものである。本研究の独自性は高く、先見性・社会的意義ともに十分にあると評価できる。また、応募者らのこれまでの国際研究を含めた研究成果が充分にあることから、実現可能性も高いと期待できる。
