| Scientific Significance and Expected Research Achievements |
コモンマーモセットを用いた新たなパーキンソン病疾患動物モデルを作出することが計画されており、PD発症機序や治療薬創生に向けた有意義な研究である。応募者はマーモセット遺伝子改変技術に関する第一人者として、十分な実績と技術を有している。PD患者の生理的な変異型αSyn発現を再現する動物モデルの作出は新規性が高く、動物のαSyn凝集体を可視化する技術開発についても3Rの観点から評価できる。
