Scientific Significance and Expected Research Achievements	独自に開発したマイトファジー関連マウスを用いた包括的な表現型解析、負の側面の評価、新規誘導剤の効果検証といった具体的で多角的なアプローチが新規性・独自性の観点で高く評価された。線虫からマウスに至るモデルの活用によって、マイトファジーの誘導が各臓器に対してどのような効果があるか、負の側面(副作用)があるかなど生理的意義の解明とその応用が期待される。
