| Outline of Annual Research Achievements |
本年度は、気候変動等に起因する水温異常が魚類生殖機構に与える影響評価系確立へ向け、①魚類野生集団の生息環境履歴推定技術の確立、②リモートセンシングを用いた異常水温監視システムの構築、③対象指標種の捕獲調査に取り組んだ。①に関しては、生体鉱物である耳石に着目し、耳石に蓄積される情報(含有微量元素)と外部環境（水温・塩分）の関係性を検証した。その結果、水温変動実験では高水温区では耳石Sr量が高く低水温区では低くなる傾向が、塩分変動実験では、高塩分区で耳石Sr量が高く低塩分区で低くなることが明らかとなった。さらに、耳石Sr値の各外部環境要因応答速度を調査した結果、水温変動は日単位で検出することが困難であったが、塩分変動は変動後約1日で耳石Sr量に反映されることが明らかとなった。②に関しては、衛星情報からの水温情報抽出技法の高精度化へ向け、正規化水指数（NDWI）を用いた水域抽出を行った。人工衛星Landsat8のデータから特定の湖（アルゼンチンの複数の湖）周辺における水域エリアを抽出し、水域インベントリを作成した。補正したデータと水域インベントリをもとにヒートマップを作成し、湖の氾濫や干ばつ時の水域変化を反映させることに成功した。これにより、変化する気象状況を考慮しつつ、湖の表面温度の推移を高精度にモニタリング可能な水温監視システムの基礎が構築できた。③に関しては、アルゼンチンのパンパ地方における複数の湖（モナステリオ湖、チャスコムス湖等）にて、対象指標種ペヘレイを捕獲し、経験環境履歴推定のための耳石調査を行なった。輪紋および微量元素解析の結果から、明確に異なる耳石Sr分布パターンを示す個体が集団内に存在することが明らかとなり、微量元素組成の違いにより経験環境（水温、塩分）の異なる野生個体を区別可能であること、また、これらの個体は他の湖からの移入個体である可能性を示した。
