Outline of Final Research Achievements

We succeeded in building a broadband time-domain quantum non-demolition (QND) gate with 100MHz bandwidth. For the input of the QND gate, we succeeded in creation of a highly pure Schroedinger’s cat state. We succeeded in deterministic teleportation of qutrit, i.e., superposition of three orthogonal photonic states, with our continuous-variable teleporter. Here it is impossible to do so for a conventional liner-optics teleporter.
Thus we we succeeded in establishing fundamental technologies for ultimate coherent communication.
