肩義手使用者の両手協調を実現するための制御インタフェースの研究開発

Outline of Annual Research Achievements

本研究は、日常生活の使用を想定して、ウエラブルセンサから構成するセンサハーネスの情報を用いた適応型協調制御部、及び両手協調動作のパフォーマンスと使用者へのメンタル負荷の最適化を図る感覚フィードバック部からなる両手協調インタフェースを構成・検証・評価することを目指す。
平成27年度においては、肩義手と健常側との協調のため、静的協調制御と動的協調制御部の構築を行った。
静的協調部では、使用者が健常側で、肩義手側に位置や姿勢を示し、肩義手が指示に従う。協調制御を実現するため、RGB-Dカメラの映像を用いて、手、対象物の形状・姿勢・位置の解析し、対象物の形状に応じて把持法を決定するアルゴリズムを開発した。この静的制御では時間がかかるが、確実に両手同一動作の協調を実現できるようになる。
動的協調部では、実時間で両手同動作、両手周期動作(位相差なし、位相差あり)、両手シーケンシャル協調の実現を目的とする。両手協調は、相似した軌跡レベルの実現よりも、目標指向(Goal Directed)の共同作業としてとらえ、複数の作業スキーマ(schema)を構築していく。作業スキーマとは、タスクを完成するためのセンサ情報・動作のシーケンスである。目標物の形状、位置、姿勢がパラメータとなり、それに応じて、肩義手の把持位置、姿勢、戦略(power grasping, pin graspingなど)も異なる。各動作は、前年度の計測実験で獲得した動作プロファイルをベースとするが、学習法を用いてチューニングし、より汎用性の高い動的制御方法を構築した。
これらの研究開発によって得られた成果は、すでに、国際学会での発表、国際学術誌の論文掲載によって、公表された。
