Outline of Annual Research Achievements

本年度も申請時計画に沿い様々な重要な成果を得るに至った。柳田は、高スケール超対称模型が一般に100 TeV程度の質量をもつスカラークォーク等を予言するところ、それらの質量が数TeV程度に予言できる模型を発見し、LHC実験での検証可能性を指摘した。松本は伊部と共に、矮小楕円体銀河の暗黒物質分布を高精度で決定するアルゴリズムを開発し、これが暗い矮小楕円体銀河でも有効に働くことを明らかにした。高スケール超対称性模型の予言するウィーノ暗黒物質の検出に非常に大きな役割を果たすことが期待される。野尻は、LHC実験において超対称粒子の感度を上げる方法について検討し、クォークに由来するジェットとグルーオンに由来するジェットの内部構造の違いに着目することで超対称模型探索のバックグラウンドを減らす手法を開発し、超対称粒子の発見感度を飛躍的に向上できることを示した。伊部は柳田と共に、低スケールでのゲージ伝搬型超対称模型と宇宙観測から得られているグラヴィティーノに対する質量上限と観測されたヒッグス粒子質量から期待される超対称粒子の下限との整合性を調べた。その結果、伝搬粒子が超対称の破れの模型と非常に強く結合している模型のみがそれらの制限と整合することを示した。高橋は、U(1) 超電荷と隠れたU(1)ゲージ対称性との運動項混合が存在すれば、より高い精度でゲージ結合定数の統一が生じることを、2ループ繰り込み群方程式を解く事で明らかにした。更に、この結果は隠れた物質場が存在しても影響を受けないことを示し、それが小さな電荷を持つ暗黒物質となりうる事を明らかにした。
