Outline of Final Research Achievements

The purpose of this study is to make clear the designing methodology of the traditional wooden architecture “Dinh Lang” in the Central Vietnam. The general survey has been carried out on the 142 "DInh Lang" in the Thua Thien Hue Province. And the detailed measurement survey has been carried out on the 32 “Dinh Lang” architectures as the valuable examples. The result has been published with the drawing data and photos by Vietnamese Language at Hue-city, Vietnam. It is significant result not only of a academic research but also as a record of the unique architectural culture in the Central Vietnam.
