| Outline of Final Research Achievements |
In this study, we developed a web-based system for science and engineering students to explore careers. At first we built a guidance model for career decision making and implemented the system along it.
This web-based system has two following parts mainly. ①Students can know one's occupation interest. ②Students search for O'net(occupation database) provided by the U.S. Department of Labor by interest, education level and technical knowledge and can find a correct career to oneself.
