Outline of Final Research Achievements

This research project initially aimed at gathering insights how to make use of ICT from educators and researchers in the field of language education and made them public by holding a conferenced, named FLExICT Conference, in the summer of 2016. The conference had nearly 100 participants and most of them answered via the questionnaire that they hoped for the conference to be held in the future. Therefore, we believe that this research project has shown a meaningful result that implementation of ICT in language education is an appealing theme today, taking into consideration how dramatically information technology and related devices strengthen their presence in today's language education. One of our members will be a principal investigator of a Kaken project starting in 2017 which intends to hold a conference to follow our FLExICT Conference.
