Outline of Final Research Achievements

In this research, I investigated Haniwa figurines excavated from Kutsukawa Tumuly in the kyoto Prefecture, Haniwa figurines excavated from Hirai kiln site in the Wakayama Prefecture and Haniwa figurines excavated from Konabe Tumulus in the Nara Prefecture. Through these investigation, I presented foundamental data on the Haniwa production system within the Kinai Area in the Middle Kofun Period.
