| Outline of Final Research Achievements |
This Study aims to compare the principles of acquisition and loss of nationality in Asian countries and analyze how people acquire or lose Japanese Nationality in those countries in practice.
From this study we have made clear the differences among the policies of nationality law of those countries and pointed out the problems of “ reservation of nationality system” in Japanese Nationality Law.
