| Outline of Final Research Achievements |
In this research I have looked at the development of "regularized" out-of-court workouts in Japan and studied "preinsolvency" type restructurung procedures developed recently in EU to explore possible ways of "integration" of out-of-court and in-court corporate reorganization processes.
Based on research stated above I have analysed the "Report for Further Facilitation of Dispute Resolution regarding Business Reorganization" (2015) and will publish an article on the Report as a final achievement of this research.
