I considered the Repayment Order to the consumer against an enterprise which has violated the Competition Act (GWB) in the case of an abuse of a dominant position related a price increase of the public services in Germany.
More over the conditions and the effect of the Repayment Order to the consumer against an enterprise which has violated the Competition Act or the Specified Commercial Transactions Law in Japan.
