Outline of Final Research Achievements |
This study aims to clarify the role of economic organizations such as General Chamber of Commerce (GCC) in the formation of market order in the early Republic of China era and to consider the process of forming market order in modern China. It analyzed the functions of the GCC in the process of commercial dispute resolution from the collected data and documents and examined the significance of dispute resolution function by the GCC. Dispute resolution service provided by the GCC has a function to lower transaction cost, and it turns out that the market order of modern China was formed by the involvement of various organizations.
