Outline of Final Research Achievements |
Recently, it has become difficult to recruit employees in commerce and service industries. In addition, the number of employees hired by a company has been increasing in a short period of time. It has become clear that approval for employees is effective to curb such turnover. On the other hand, it has also been found that approval can increase employee stress and conversely increase turnover. The negative effect of approval is a phenomenon that is particularly noticeable in young people, and this tendency has become stronger in recent years.

Academic Significance and Societal Importance of the Research Achievements |
承認のリテンション効果については、これまでほとんど研究がなされてこなかった。そのため、本研究の成果は学術的のみならず実務においても注目されている。また承認がリテンションにおいて逆にマイナスの効果を及ぼす可能性があることについては、マスコミや実務界から大きな関心を寄せられている。そして弊害が少なく、かつ効果的な承認の方法について検討しはじめる段階に入っている。 したがって社会的な意義はきわめて大きいといえる。
