Psychodorama is one of the action method that used as group psychotherapy. Psychodorama session is depending on the spontaneity and creativity of all participants. The purpose of this research was to develop effective techniques that clients could participate in the psychodrama session without their tension and resistance.Results suggested that it is essential to select the psychodorama technique with the consideration for participants’ state of mind.Especially, it is necessary to consider the self-expression of clients with less experience of psychodoreama session.Therefore, Sociodrama techniques would be effective in the period of introduction of sessions.The porpus of sociodorama is to explore the social issues through the application of psychodramatic techniques.In conclusion, it is suggested that experience of multiple types of role-playing in psychodrama and sociodrama is effective for participants to improve their spontaneity, interpersonal relationships, and future prospects.
