Outline of Annual Research Achievements

本年度は、Al2O3、SrTiO33結晶基板及びシリカグラスの上にPLD(パルスレーザー蒸着)法を用いて高品質なn-型Ca3Co4O9薄膜を成膜しました。Tdep=700Cでは、Al2O3に堆積した薄膜は、Al2O3やSTO上に堆積した薄膜と比べると、常にZT=(σS^2)T/k(性能指数)の値がより高いことが示されており、T=600Kでは、ZT(Al2O3)=0.045でした。
PLD法によってAZO+ポリマー(PMMA)ナノ粒子をAl2O3基盤の上に調製された。k(PMMA)=5.9W/mK、そして、T=300Kで、σ(PMMA)=1382S/cm、AZO薄膜の3倍になりました。PMMAポリマーナノ粒子がカーボンになるので、σの増加する理由と思います。結果はジャーナルに提出され、評価中です。
最近、PLD法によってAZO+Al2O3ナノ粒子をAl2O3基盤の上に調製された。AZO+Al2O3薄膜は現在調査中です。
