Outline of Annual Research Achievements

3年間の全体としての研究目的は (A) sub-Riemann構造の存在に関連する研究、(B) その構造に付随する作用素(sub-LaplacianとGrushin type作用素)の研究、(C) Clifford 環とその加群に付随するベキ零Lie環(群)の研究である。(C)でのLie群はsub-Riemann構造を持つcompact多様体の例として(A)の研究と関連する。最終年度は以下の結果を得た。
(1)Gromoll-Meyer 異種球面に余次元が3のcompletely non-holonomic structureが入ることを示した論文を投稿中である。この研究は今後も続けるが、古典的に有名な多様体にsub-Riemann構造が入るかを調べていく一つの例である。異種球面については、それをBrieskorn多様体として実現すれば接触構造(= 余次元が1のsub-Riemann構造)が入るが余次元が大きいものの存在はこの研究で初めて示した。
(2)Submersionの全空間上に、底空間にdescend可能な一次独立なベクトル場によるsub-Riemannian構造があるとき、そのsub-Laplacianの陪特性流と、底空間上に自然に定義される作用素(Grushin type 作用素)の陪特性流それぞれの
第一積分のうち、同次関数であるものの関係を擬微分作用素の対応を通じて得た。sub-Laplacianの陪特性流はRiemann多様体の測地流に対応するものであり、この場合、両者の完全積分可能性の関連の研究に続くものである。
(3)既に得ている結果である、pseudo H-type Lie群にintegral latticeが存在することをLie triple systemとの関係で別証明を与えた。又最小許容加群から構成されるpseudo H-type 環の分類を完成した。
