Outline of Final Research Achievements |
We have developed theoretical and computational methods for ultrafast imaging of multi-electron atomic and molecular systems using rescattering processes induced by intense laser pulses. Quantitative studies for several systems were done. Our results open a new route to the time-resolved study of ultrafast atomic and molecular dynamics, and obtain deeper understanding of the intense laser-matter interaction.
