Outline of Final Research Achievements

Cross-linked polymers have instrinsic properties which can not be replaced by another polymer. However, there are many open-questions on relationship between a network structure and various properties. An inhomogeneous strcucture foromed in cross-linked polymers was directly observed by atomic force microscopy. The inhomogeneous strcture due to difference in cross-linking density was detected.
