| Outline of Annual Research Achievements |
初年度(2014, 申請後からの準備期間を含む)：粗精製物からの長鎖長キトサンオリゴ糖の精製法を確立した(J. Chitin. Chitosan. Sci.誌にて公表)。εポリリジンの油水界面移動反応の観察に成功した(J. Electroanal. Chem.)。従来見出されなかった単鎖長εポリリジンの取得に成功した(Appl. Environ.Microbal.)。本研究における対象物質の単離精製法と深く関係して、粗精製サポニンからのソヤサポニンBbの単離精製法を確立した(Anal. Sci.)。
次年度(2015)：後述の有機溶媒可溶εポリリジンの調製と物性研究に深く関連する研究として、イオン液体型ベンザルコニウム抗菌剤の調製と物性研究を行った(Sens. Mater.)。ストレプトスリシン抗生物質の油水界面移動反応を観察し、興味深いことに、リジンオリゴマーサイズにつれて疎水性となるとの知見を得た(J. Electroanal. Chem.)。εポリリジンのストレプトスリシン抗生物質の比色分析法および単離精製法を構築した(Anal. Sci.)。キチンオリゴ糖の定量法を構築した(Anal. Sci.)。
最終年度(2016)：ストレプトスリシン抗生物質の比色分析法および単離精製法を構築した(Anal. Sci.)。アミノグリコシド系抗生物質の比色分析法を構築した(Anal. Sci.)。対イオン置換により有機溶媒可溶なεポリリジンが得られること、これが熱可塑性であるとの知見を得て、ポリマー材料としての評価を行った。抗菌コート剤として優れるとの結果を得た(Biomacromolecules, in press.)。キトサンオリゴ糖の精製および機能探索と関係して、粗精製物からの長鎖長キチンオリゴ糖の精製法を確立した(Anal. Sci., in press）。
