Outline of Final Research Achievements |
In the present study, we aimed to construct a new analysis method for wildfire. The results are summarized in the following three points. Firstly, we developed new analysis method for wildfire by using the low Mach number approximation and the variational multiscale method. Secondly, we conducted a combustion experiment in order to obtain the data of fire spreading speed for wildfire. Finally, the initial and boundary condition for a wildfire simulation were obtained by using WRF.
